Extremely rude lady who served me today. Forgot my card. Explained multiple times all I needed to do was go back home and get it. Came back an hour later and paid it after 30 minutes discussion and wasting my time. Absolutely poor communication skills. It seemed like she didn’t want to fill the form out :/
very busy petrol station in daytime took around 15 minutes to get round and to fill up and isn't that greatly planned out considering the amounts of traffic volume they receive, best to go on evenings when quiet
I fueled my car for £15.- I saw on my bank app that I was charged £100,- not a problem, but they have taken the actual amount but 2 days later still not re-emburshed me for the remaining £85. This is normally considered theft. Not likely to use self-serves or the Sainsburys petrol station again.
Cheepest fuel around this area. Therefore always busy. Choice at pump to pay at pump or use kiosk. Staff interact well with consumers, patient when someone is struggling. Extra Staff put on tills for queue busting. Prompt about nectar card to all customers. Spacious shop, well lit clean & tidy. Has car wash. Water dispenser. Tyre pressure pump for customer use.
So clean , friendly staff and they do the best pizza which they will cook for you while you shop, which I recommend! I prefer Sainsbury's as their fresh fruit and vegetable seem to last a lot longer than any other supermarket locally
Large forecourt and plenty of space. Availability of gloves can be hit and miss. All pumps have pay at pump option. Free air.
Easter Friday, and we ran out of milk at home. Don't panic, I said.... I'll nip to the shops! Little did i realise that all the main supermarkets, we completely shut. Not even a short, Sunday like opening. Luckily, the human run Sainsbury's petrol station, had milk...AND it was at the right and decent price... Not stealing from me like a Tesco extra store. I bought my 2litre/4pint semi-skimmed, and the day was saved. Thanks guys. I don't often shop at Sainsbury's, but gotta give credit where it's due. You saved my day/weekend!
Competitively priced fuel for the motorist in a hurry. Good access in and out, and the free cash point machines are over on the main building wall. Nectar points obviously available.
Quick and easy petrol station. Good sized convenience store attached where you pay. Good prices and you can get lots of Nectar points for using your card there.
Today your customer service really surpassed all expectations. I went i n to your Tamworth store having foolishly locked my keys in my carboot along with my pet rabbit. Kia calmly helped solve my dilemma and along with her collegue who's name I sadly didn't get. They ensured myself and my rabbit were ok. A huge thank you to all involved and I really appreciate you all going beyond expectation.
