I posted a parcel to this particular service station as I was going to be away. I went in multiple times asking where it was and they “didn’t know where it was/ it hadn’t been delivered” knowing full well they turn all Royal Mail parcels away. The fact they lack the common decency to tell you this is beyond me. I had to go to Lichfield DO where they informed me Spring Hill service station don’t accept Royal Mail parcels, frequently turning posties away . If you don’t want parcels, don’t advertise you accept them- simple.
Paid for a car wash, it stopped half way through, shop keeper refused a refund or another wash, and accused me of breaking the car wash whilst sat inside my car
Probably one of the best petrol stations I have ever used to date. Pumps are clean and mostly all available, plus the price per litre is not too bad compared to the other stations in the area. My only bad point is that the station is based on a busy Cannock Road and the exit depending on which way you came in can be very difficult to use depending on your angle and which way you're going.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful, shop is good but a little pricey. The owners seem very happy to put prices of fuel up within a nano second of oil prices rising but very slow in bringing them back down, profit over customer satisfaction must be their motto!
I use this petrol station regularly, never had any issues but found the staff were never really very friendly as they can't speak English. However there is a new young gentleman who speaks very lovely and is really polite and now makes me happy to visit Esso again.nThank you and great customer service
