The staff member today was a complete clown. I reversed back to let a maintenance van out and the service staff come running out in a second of my reversing in the lane or accelerating but reversing waving his hands then continued when I jumped out to explain giving me very poor customer service. Disappointing as the owner is spot on.
Never had any issues here, nice staff, stock always replenished, and they sell wood and kindels for log burners which I buy.
The staff are always nice and polite
Service horrible staff rude made me feel like a criminal i just use it for jet wash
Provide food but doesn’t have toilets.
