Disgusting service for if you have a parcel delivered to via Royal Mail. Really unhelpful, have tracking number, pictures of items but refuse to hand over the goods. Think they keep the items for themselves.
Offer a parcel collection and delivery service but three times I’ve been this month I’ve been refused and told to come back. Each time with a different ridiculous excuse when clearly the staff either just can’t or don’t want to do it. Never apologise for it either. It’s a shame as the female staff seem really nice but the bloke is rude and needs training in customer service
After using the jet washer I left a metal ramp,I returned to be told it has been throw. Away , yes my fault I left it but you would keep it for at leased 7days , think the staff decided to keep it , very sad not a honest garage
Great staff, I always use the E5 and this is one of the only places to get it.

Only went to car wash, £5 for ten minutes jet wash. You can use debit card too
Garage is good, new jet wash is ok but the hoses arnt far enough over your vehicle so you drag the hoses round your car
Friendly staff and a decent car wash. One of the few places that stock 99 ron petrol.
Although this is a Collect+ location, staff are not trained so cannot accept parcels. Despite the apology being courteous, it was still a wasted journey.
