I got my goods 1 and half days late after my order was placed. Fair enough I got them with the Manager contributing extra products as a good gesture or apology that the goods weren't delivered on time but I was told if my goods are not delivered by 7:01PM I'd get a refund and my shopping delivered. The Delivery was 5 minutes over that time late, bare in mind it's already over 1 and a half days late. I still haven't got my refund. I'm grateful that I was given extra but my consumer rights apply here, I waited longer than I should of waited and still wasn't given my refund as promised. Other than that the Manager was a lovely bloke and the staff are very kind but in situations like this that is why I'm rating it 2 stars, as I am entitled to my refund and I never received it.
