This company deserves to be recognised for its excellent customer service. Having originally ordered from a big name national company who failed to deliver, I visited Martin’s Furniture in Hertford. I was given good advice, there was no pressure and when when I did place our order the delivery was made without fuss and on time. They were much more reasonable on price and I am delighted that i bought from them as the quality of the mattress is even better than anticipated. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Martins Furniture & Flooring!
Martins Furniture and Flooring Hertford provided excellent customer service and efficiency from start to finish. We ordered 2 different sized beds with the different materials and mattresses and it was all correct when it arrived, no errors. Organising delivery was simple, Nadim called us and booked us in within 3 weeks of ordering. Delivery itself was smooth and efficient, and the guys who set up the beds were friendly and polite. Highly recommend!
We recently purchased a new house and went to Martins to buy my bedroom furniture. Nadeem at the Hertford branch was so helpful and patient. Everything was delivered on time by courteous staff and the quality of the furniture is excellent and great value. I can recommend Martins for a wide range of furniture and it’s so nice to have personable customer service and will definitely use them again. Thanks so much !
Just had a Celebrity rise and recline chair delivered to my mothers house, what excellent service from the very beginning the staff in store took lots of time with mum to make sure the chair was the correct size and colour she wanted. Very polite and attentive and they use there own delivery team to assemble and made sure everything was in perfect order. Highly recommend we did have to wait for our chair as in the current climate every thing is taking a bit longer but they called us with updates great communication. Will be back again thank you.
The service of this company is terrible! I ordered 2 wardrobes which took months to arrive, finally when they arrived there is a crack which needed replacement. I ordered 2 internal draws and a replacement part which again has been months to arrive. Everytime I speak with someone they reassured me it will arrive next week none-the less it still hasn’t arrived. I received a message to say it arrived and they will deliver 3 weeks ago. Terrible terrible service no one knows what’s going on and forever the answer I get is I need to call someone but I don’t get an exact answer or date. I was planning on ordering 2 beds but with the hassle and lack of communication I certainly won’t bother! The staff don’t know the products and you spend the whole time in the store with them on the phone to other colleagues asking your questions to them. Further to my review I’ve just been called by the owner of the store and been shouted at and called an awful person for my review. What a disgrace after all the money I spent in this store and only asking for the items I have already FULLY paid for I’m called to be abused by the manager. I am still due to revive my order and naturally am left feeling extremely uneasy about having the company enter my home after the way I was shouted at and called terrible names.
Buying for a first time apartment they have affordable prices, customer service was amazing ,the staff was so helpful ,welcoming and polite. Excellent quality products Would 100% recommend!
