Bit of a mess up with the Christmas food order - not the staff's fault and sounds like a problem at head office - but the staff in the store were amazingly kind and caring and more than made up for it. Mistakes sometimes happen, but it's how you put things right that counts - and these guys were brilliant. Will probably move our whole food order from M&S to this Sainsbury's store next year.
Parking space for disabled people no problem. Staff were very helpful and friendly when my wife tripped and went down in the store. Brought her to the car and loaded her shopping into the back seatnChecked she was ok and took her trolley back
I like it, has all you need, prices are decent with a Clubcard, staff are helpful, parking isn't usually a problem
Always find what I what or need at Sainsburys. They have a great range of Christmas clothes too as well as party foods. Yes a little more expensive but good quality and the fruit and veg last a long time.
Gone downhill over the last few years. I live very close and used to do almost all my food shopping there. Now I use it more like a convenience store.
