Such a strange place. It's a big store but it seems to do something to the customers so that they just become completely unaware of their surroundings and other people. People kept on walking into me and into each other, and they all seemed to look completely spaced out! Is there something strange in the water around here? Apart from that this store has a good range of products and good services.

Normally a good store but on my last visit there was an elderly lady in front of me who’s new trolley has a problem . Keep in mind the lady was elderly and struggled to fix the issue . The person on checkout asked then one of the supervisors to get a new trolley which the girl did but shockingly that girl just left it next to the old busted one . Didn’t help to lift the shopping across or take the old trolley away . The supervisor went right back chatting to her co workers and giving a toss. Lucky enough the guy on checkouts helped the lady out and mov d the old trolley aswell. Seen this a few times the supervisors chat about and don’t help specially when they notice someone struggle they just turn they back . I was very angry such poor management and customer service skills .

Not always the cheapest in town, but I've shopped here for 11 years because the staff are great. The customer service is excellent. There's a broad range of good quality products. The fresh organic produce, is particularly well stocked.

Overall, slightly more expensive than the other local supermarkets but a very pleasant shopping experience and some very good bargains to be had. This is a large unit (it's been extended since it's opening) with a café upstairs and a key cutters franchise. It stocks the usual groceries and also has a small clothing department. It also has some more exotic and unusual luxury goods. There's a bakery, producing fresh bread and cakes, and a large alcohol section. Staff are friendly and helpful.
