Terrible service and in the end left my shopping and went elsewhere.

This is definitey one of the slowest and most inconvenient co-ops I have been in. The staff are unable to cope with queues and in several occasions I have waited at least 10 minutes be served. Avoid this store if you're in a rush. Even with a queue of people waiting, some of the staff will just be standing there chatting nonchalontly with the person in front of them.

One of the worst small co ops ive used, to small a shop for size of the estate and surrounding estates,shelves not always full, staff always like to talk alot between themselves and other customers well known whilst large ques of customers waiting, unless you ask for receipt always have to check what they charge as quite often you will be overcharged, ie, if on reduced offer the normal bar code gets scanned not the reduced offer code, have had this several times, weekend staff are the worst. i rather drive to the hi street or the garage further on than walk 2 minutes to the co-op at Twyford Drive,

This must be the most customer unfriendly shop in Lee on the Solent. Staff are appear perpetually miserable, have never seen them smile, and make you feel you are spoiling their day by just being there!! Today witnessed a poor woman who had purchased a meal deal being marched to the location where the deal board was displayed, as the till did not pick up the Deal and the shop assistance was not aware of the Deal (not the first time this has happened). Poor woman was mortified. Also a man next in the queue asked for some golden virgina tobacco, and the shop assistant asked him "do you want yellow or green" when he asked " what is the yellow" she said "its yellow or green tobacco. When the man asked can I see the Yellow packed, she replied its Yellow!! So the man decided to take the Green, as he had no idea what the Yellow was. Once he had paid for the Green, she advised him the Yellow was a milder tobacco. He was totally embarressed !! I have also experienced this type of treatment on several occasions, but after watching todays senario decided to put pen to paper.
