Without a doubt the worst Aldi I've ever been to. Aggressive and unhelpful staff not all of them but the bad ones stick out, rude, entitled managers and an overall feeling like your very presence is an inconvenience. If you can use the North Harbour branch.
Has some great products you start to buy regularly but then out of the blue they disappear from the shelves. Protein mousses and pancakes as well as the shortbread chocolate cookies have all disappeared so you end up giving up shopping there for fear of being disappointed.
My wife has just returned from Aldi this evening after being served by one of the rudest assistants ever. One of ‘their’ products was missing a price and apparently it was my wife’s fault that she couldn’t remember exactly where she picked it up from! The shop is full of great deals and on this occasion the service didn’t live up to the same standard. Im sure she has been like this before………..the ‘lady’ straight long red hair concerned showed zero remorse and maybe should consider a career in the warehouse rather than near customers Must add the gent on the next till was very jolly, well done sir.
Don't go in here often, it's usually when i want to get a drink after Gym, but when I come here it has what I need to end my day, but they need to improve on staff at tills. It's normally 2-3 lanes occupied with people doing their weekly shopping so it's not really good if you're in a rush.
I got all i went out for. The shelves were full. It was busy but 4 checkouts were open The checkout operator was very pleasant.
Good prices, can do most of the essentials here, open and easy to navigate, good sized parking around the back. Checkouts are a bit manic, feel quite small and the staff put things through faster than you can bag them with small bagging areas.
Today was not a good day to go to Aldi! Too many people and many not respecting social distancing ! I also saw some staff not respecting social distancing and filling in the selves without any consideration for customers !
I love Aldi but this one is a bit more of a pain with the carpark at the back. Darker store so less inviting than others
Aldi does what it says on the tin ! I was an early adopter - u can't beat it 4 value & price .Love Aldi - thank u Germany !
