Staff generally good but some of the recent changes are just bad. Merged customer helpdesk with tobacco and lottery and rarely more than 1 person there despite 3 tills. And a small maze of an area you have to go round to get into that section. Reduced the actual tills to a bare minimum and expanded the self service area. And lately installed barriers when entering and exiting. Particularly stupid is the exit at right angles to the entrance making it harder to get out the shop period.

Terrific store in Hamilton retail park, food hall excellent, clothing excellent, toilet facilities clean and fresh only one problem no cafe such a shame.

Massive thanks to Euan who helped me so much helping me with my sons Easter gift. His kind touch went a long way and he is a credit to your store. Thanks again!!

The men’s facilities are appalling. There is one soap dispenser, which is broken, and one hand drier hanging off the wall by a single wire and covered in yellow warning tape. Apparently, management are aware, so… I don’t know, maybe they expect you to bring hand sanitiser and hand towels.

Good parking. Given 3 stars due to the number of checkouts not staffed. Update. Even more checkouts closed and replaced with more self-service checkouts. This is no use if you have a large shopping. It took me 20 minutes to go through the checkout this morning.
