Again the short security guard with red hair has stopped my autistic son. The alarm didn't go off. She followed him to his car and asked him to produce a receipt. I know her name and have reported to the Manager. My son was raised properly. This woman needs to be stopped. This is the 2nd time she has done this recently. It's a disgrace.
I would have given more stars but I am at my end. The security follow me around even though I have been shopping there since it was built. I have had enough. The shop is clean and the actual staff are nice. However the security needs to have some serious training if they think a customer that has been shopping there this long will thief from them. If it persists I will have to make a formal complaint against the security team. At this point it is pure discrimination and nothing else.
I like this store. It's in a good location with a good variety of stock throughout.nFriendly and helpful team. Love that they have a Starbucks where the team are so lovely.nThe only reason I didn't give five stars is due to the toilets, which are disgusting, and then also so many members of the team smoke either side of the Starbucks outdoor seating area. Saw one member of the Sainsburys team smoking six or seven cigarettes before the start of her shift and just chuck them on the floor.
Note to management: The self check out tills are unreliable. 2-3 failures/stoppages every basket. This plus TOTAL ABSENCE OF STAFF IN ATTENDANCE makes it impossible to shop here.
Horrible place to shop. Dimly lit. Cramped isles. Understaffed. Expect queues even in non busy times. I visited at 1.30pm on a weekday. Managers cost saving idea I expect. Product isles messy. Breaking the rule of not stacking kingsmill loaves on top of one another. The customers here seem rushed. A lot of trolley near-misses.nSorry Sainsburys. You need to up your game. Tesco just looks better. Neater. Brighter. And Cleaner.
