Tesco price cuts... be careful during your shopping. I give 3 stars because if you inform stuff that the price is wrong, they fix it and put the correct price manually.

Family parking is used by people taking their kids to football. Asked customer service if then we can use the disabled parking with our baby. The answer was we are not allowed and the lack of parking caused by misuse of the lot is not their problem. Also have no idea how to make an official complaint.
Scan as you shop . I had a bag check today and the assistant repacked my bag placing milk on its side . The milk leaked over two new books chocolate a child’s T-shirt football cards and a birthday card which were all purchased as a present. The bread rolls were soaked and went in the bin as did the wet newspaper.
I work at the local hospital and last friday my car was broken into at the hospital car park. Grace, who was working on the floor, was incredibly kind and helpful with helping me get things I needed to sort the car out so I was able to drive it home. Wanted to say thank you and really appreciated her help during a stressful situation.

I went to buy cigarettes and was met with a very unwelcoming, rude, unprofessional and agressive member of staff namely Zara. I asked her for cigarettes and she asked for ID i told her i have got ID on my phone and she said she will not accept it although i have been served cigarette from the same counter sometimes they didn’t ask for ID and other times they have accepted it from my phone. When i said this to her she threatened to call security however security was standing there watching the whole situation that occured. I then asked her for the policy which states i MUST provide physical ID which she could not provide and then called other staff members saying i was being agressive and the other staff casey took me to the side and explained the situation in a much more professional manner however unfortunately she could not provide me the policy either. I then asked multiple members of staff if i looked over 25 and they all agreed. I belive Zara is very inadequate for her position and should go through training again and should be observed as she is putting up a very unprofessional and very unwelcoming image for tesco, which makes you question tesco’s etiquette’s
Easy to find. Good access roads. Ample parking and car wash on site with petrol station. Money exchange available inside too. Good produce. Vision express opticians and pharmacy inside.
Car park almost empty, store stocked up well, shop clean and tidy, very good time to get the weekly shop.
