Sai are without a doubt the worst estate agents I have ever had the misery of dealing with. We had read, and dismissed, similarly negative reviews before renting a property managed by them - DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE. The staff are incredibly rude and dismissive, passing us off to the owner of Sai who is totally incompetent and made endless empty promises about the return of our deposit. It was not put in a tenancy deposit scheme, despite constant reassurance from the staff that it was, and it took almost 2 months of battling with them to get our money back. Our deposit was only returned when we threatened legal action and contacted a lawyer. Amongst other issues, the property was clearly not professionally cleaned when we moved in - food and tenants' belongings left in cupboards, thick dust everywhere, black mouldy bath, sewing needles in the carpet. Repairs were not done, or not done properly, and we were even dragged into disputes between the landlord and agency. Avoid these people.
Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. They are not in charge of many of the properties and the land lord we had was aweful and only at the threat of legal action due to our deposits not being in a protected scheme did we get them back. We paid a lot of fees to the estate agents and they have not done anything in return, i.e. filling in a reference for a new property for us. Avoid if possible
If I could give minus stars I would. £200 agency fee for a flat that doesn't meet the minimum legal requirements. Horrendous.
