Have recently rented a two-bed flat in the Surrey Quays area, and had an efficient and personable experience with the Oliver Jacques team. Particularly Stephen, whose personable approach and clear communication throughout the whole tenancy process was reassuring. His knowledge of the SE16 and Surrey Quays area, was impressive- and we appreciated his suggestions prior to our move-in. Would highly recommend renting or buying with Oliver Jacques, and will keep them in mind in future!
I bought my house from Oliver Jaques, and then sold it with them 10 years later! They are extremely efficient and communicate well. Their knowledge of the local area SE8 is really impressive. I had actually listed with a different estate agent for a whole year - with no results and only 2 viewings - before trying Oliver Jaques, and within a couple of months they'd gotten 7 or 8 people through the door for a viewing. They know what they are doing. My thanks in particular to Rosalie who ensured a smooth process.

Recently purchased our flat through Oliver Jacques. They were very knowledgeable of the development and accomodating on timings when we were doing viewings. During the sale Rosalie was very helpful in keeping us up to date and helping us get through a slightly tricky situation towards the end.
The team at Oliver Jaques Surrey Quays were superb with selling our home and particular thanks to Rosalie. I highly recommend them if you are selling in this area. They had a clear strategy on how to set the sale price to achieve the best result for us, a good pipeline of viewers and clear feedback from potential purchasers. Most importantly they differed from other agents in having a dedicated progressor who ensured that our sale went through and all communications with the lawyers were handled smoothly. This took a lot of work off us as a seller and was worth the slightly higher fee that Oliver Jaques charge, particularly as it also substantially de-risked the sale process.
I’m not one who writes reviews but felt I had to here after the experience we had with Harry in sales. He was super in answering our questions also very polite and professional. He looked after us from start to finish , just made us feel at ease. Thank you Harry keep up the good work.

I have let my property with Oliver Jaques for many years. Erika is my main contact and she is always friendly, responsive and efficient. I have never had any complaints from tenants and Oliver Jaques attracts good quality renters who often renew their contracts and keep the property in good condition. I have always found communication to be good and advice given, for example in refurbishments from time to time, to be well founded. Therefore I don’t have to spend a lot of time deliberating : I trust Oliver Jaques and tend to go with what they recommend. Thanks to Erika and the whole team for your professionalism.
