Poorly coordinated service. Little respect for rented property maintenance. Have been waiting for 3 months for the front and back gardens to be cleared of rubble and hazardous waste left by contractors. Still waiting for an inventory nearly 2 months after moving in. Issues with damp and mould have been inadequately addressed. Looking forward to resolution of the above problems but starting to lose any hope at this stage.
You typically hear horror stories about renting in London, but Claremont, and Manj in particular, helped us find our DREAM London flat and made the application/rental process completely painless!
We have rented with Claremont estates for the past 5 months, in which time the service has been second to none. Even following a flood issue in our building, they did everything within their power to ensure residents continued to have a positive experience and comfortable place to live. 100% would recommend.
When I was looking for a place, Claremont Estates was handled my queries very fast and was able to accommodate for me and my friends. Once, I moved in, there were some issues with the flat and communication between us and the letting agent and it did take some time to get our issues fixed. But Claremont has been quite helpful overall. To improve, I would like to see some clearer communication after a tenant has moved in to let them know how things work and solve their issues.
Very nice staff! Quick and patient service since I was searching properties. After confirming the offer, Mafiz a member of staff made significant efforts to enable me to move in securely and smoothly. When I encountered issues with key collections, they quickly accepted my alternative approach. Finally, Mafiz also helped my registering the energy bills which significantly boosted my move in. Thanks to their support and service since.
Very bad service. They will only contact you for paying their money. I have moved in the property for more than one month and there are so many issues, and the property was in a very dirty and disgusting state when I moved in broken table & light, rat droppings in the cupboard, broken range hoods. I have contacted them for solving the issues but they never responded. Neither email or whatsapp. When I call them they can only say they will solve issues delaying time. Nothing has been solved so far. If you can, do not choose this agency as you will have a very bad experience.
We are happy for last two years with Claremont. Everyone is always helpful. I wish all the agencies would work like them. Special thanks to Huzaifah, Zak and Manj!
Been with them over 5 years now. Great service and easy to reach and talk to agents. Contractors used could be better, but great agency otherwise.
Contacted them twice by phone to view a property and no one contacted me back, once via the website form and no one contacted me back. Third time I called and asked the person on the end of the phone to speak to the sales team as I would like to purchase view a property said they dont sell properties laughing while they were talking. A bit of a joke place to be very honest. I would not list my property with them knowing how poor they are in trying to arrange viewings for potential sellers.
Very good renting experience! Always responsive by email or phone, and very understanding for sudden changes of circumstances. I really wanna thank Yusra and Manj for that, they have been super supportive.
