We recently sold our house with Victorstone in record time, in just 7 weeks from first viewing to completing!!! Amazing. Both the sales representatives, Alessandro and Constantino were great. We've just completed on a property purchase through Victorstone and could not be happier with our experience. Alessandro and Tahera were always available to answer questions and helped us with advice when needed. They were always incredibly professional, even when faced with a difficult seller! I'd highly recommend their services
We have had a quite smooth process while buying a flat with Victorstones. Negotiation stage was a little time consuming but apart from that we have had a fast completion and good service from Tahera that she was very responsive and helpful.
Loved the approach of Arbaz. When I checked with him about the safety and accessibility of my sister’s workplace Arbaz really advised as if he was doing it for himself. Very transparent and honest answers to all our questions. He is one of the best in his trade.

Estate agent uploaded fake gas and electricity safety certificates in relation to our rental contract We the tenants have reported the issue to them and asked for written evidence of the engineers confirming with us that they attended on these dates as this was never organized with us. We work from home so obviously can tell that no-one came to investigate. Victorstone refuse to provide this evidence or investigate our case. They will not remove the fake certificates or order the landlord to commission a new one. They are still on their portal despite us notifying them that they are fake One of the certificates contains a fake signature of the tenant which was also pointed out and ignored We would recommended not to use this estate agent
Avoid this agency if you can. I have had issue after issue with them, signing a flat contract four times after they kept messing it up. They give you extremely short notice to complete tasks, while often taking an unreasonably long time complete tasks themselves. Overall, they treat tenants with little to no respect. I have never felt more stressed and frustrated as I did interacting with this agency.
