Huge thank you to Aaliyah for being quite possibly the nicest estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very accommodating of all my questions, swift responses, professional, and a joy to have dealt with. Lauren who I viewed the property with was also just as great. I don’t often leave reviews, but I have been so pleasantly impressed so far with the help and hospitality I’ve received at Victorstone.
We recently sold our house with Victorstone in record time, in just 7 weeks from first viewing to completing!!! Amazing. Both the sales representatives, Alessandro and Constantino were great. They showed professionalism, kept us updated and really worked hard for everything to go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who wants to sell their property. Well done Constantino and Alessandro. Keep up the good work!
Renting with Victor stone was such a positive experience they helped me find a property which was exactly what I was looking for. The process was quick and simple. My agent Arbaz was extremely helpful and professional so many thanks to him for providing exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be recommending to both family and Friends !
Victorstone is the worst company I have ever had to suffer services from. They are incompetent, completely lacking in empathy, and can't do the basic part of their services like organize a move in date. My house mates and I moved into a flat last year and had organized movers for the date that Victorstone had confirmed would be the date to pick up keys. The day before they called to say we had to wait until the following Monday which was impossible because our new tenants were moving in. It was stressful, a waste of money, and 100% their fault. On top of that they failed to run inventory, failed to liaise with the land lady to make sure the house was cleaned, and left us moving into a home in the middle of a pandemic that had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. Now that we are vacating the premises they are proving to be incompetent again. They relentlessly chased us about move out details and now that we're the ones requesting our deposit back they ignore us or share wrong information for over 3 weeks. It's wrong, first they screw us over in the middle of a pandemic and now they screw us over in the middle of a cost of living crisis. I don't understand how they're a functioning business. Avoid at all costs.
I highly recommend this agency. Alessandro and his team were helpful, professional and courteous, they are worth their weight in gold. They helped me out of a difficult situation with straightforward communication, kindness and no false promises. 100% recommend.
Probably the most disrespected I ever felt by an agency. After our offer for an apartment was accepted and the deposit payed, the agency asked us to pay a higher sum of money in order to “secure the property” as apparently another offer was lined up. Complete waste of time and zero regard towards us. Complete lack of professionalism.
We had a terrible experience with Victorstone. One piece of advice: do not use their service. There is a board in front of the property you will visit telling you the name of the main agency with which the property is registered. Victorstone mostly acts as a third-party agency that helps other agencies, who might not be based in the same city, to organise extra visits for them. We learned the hard way that you need to directly contact the agency from the board - don't waste your time with a third-party agency like Victorstone. We were flat hunting during a period where the market was very difficult, prices were raising and there was less flats than demands. We visited a flat with Victorstone and they told us it was first come first served and if we were to make an offer and send them the deposit the flat would be ours. We absolutely loved the flat and did everything they said. We left the flat thinking that we had finally found our place. 10 minutes after leaving the property, and after paying the deposit, they called us to let us know that we might not have the flat if somebody was making a higher offer with another agency - even though they had guaranteed us that if we sent them the deposit, the property would be out of the market for anyone, they then specified after receiving the money that other agencies will keep it on the market. It was a Saturday and they told us our offer went to the landlord before midday and we just needed to wait for final approval. They told us it was normal procedure and that everything should be fine. We spent the rest of the weekend feeling very anxious, not knowing if we had the property and, in case we would not, if we will have our deposit back. They called us on Monday and even if they haven't received any other offers, they tried to make us increase our offer, making us overbid against ourselves. We were petty desperate to get a flat and loved this one so we let them know that we could increase our offer if the landlord had received a higher one. On Thursday, they finally told us that we had lost the property to another couple who went straight to the main agency unfortunately we haven't noticed the board on top of the building on the day of the visit. We called the main agency to find out what happened: Victorstone had lied to us saying that our offer was sent to the agency on the day we made the offer and paid the deposit, the agency only received our offer 4 days later, they actually recieved our offer right after we gave an angry phone call to Victorstone to ask them when we should have an answer as our flat-search was now on hold and our money for the deposit was with them. In the meantime, another couple living across the street noticed the board and made an offer directly to the main agency and got the flat. It took 2 further weeks and numerous phone calls to finally have our deposit back. Thankfully, we ended up finding a property with another agency, learning from this experience. I hope us sharing it will help others not to be fooled by those types of agencies.
Working with Aaliyah Handi has been wonderful! She does her best and makes you feel understood. I highly recommend working with her and Victorstone!
Loved the approach of Arbaz. When I checked with him about the safety and accessibility of my sister’s workplace Arbaz really advised as if he was doing it for himself. Very transparent and honest answers to all our questions. He is one of the best in his trade.
I could not speak more highly of Kian, my letting agent, who stood by me as I attempted to sign for a property three times with different flatmates, each time having a last minute cancellation. His replies to my queries were prompt, comprehensive and accurate, he organised a last minute viewing for me and truly did all he could to help me get into the property.
