Tina was really helpful and efficient. I walked straight in, was seen straight away and had completed paperwork within half hour. Tina even made me and my partner a coffee. The lockup space is good and clean and I'm happy that we have 24 hour access. All in all, couldn't fault the place or the service. Highly recommended.

Great price (even got 10 pounds in store for boxes+materials when inquiry online) and friendly staff. I was able to extend the dates easily online with no problem when I needed and was not in Bristol. (For Summer of 2017).

The receptionist was very helpful and sorted out all our storage needs. The storage uniits are readily accessible out of hours and trolleys are provided for easier transport of boxes and heavy objects.
