BE WARNED. Gave me a scooter WITHOUT FRONT WHEEL BOLTS know of long journey home. Very late. Incomplete work. Estimated days for a job that Xcooters fixed in 3hr's. They took my money before any work. Yeh seen me coming didn't he, watch for the sales chat that amounted to me feeling trick.
So great to see a company that still gives "service" ! Polite, friendly staff that talk you through everything, show you to your storeroom, and even helped packing and pulling the trolley. I have used them in the past, and came back for the great service. And it still is. Both GREAT and SERVICE.
Drove down from London, met Stefano who processed me through quickly & professionally. Used the excellent trolleys, loaded up filled my storage box and off I went. Happy in the knowledge my belongings are safely and securely stored. Thanks YB & Stefano
I had a very positive experience . Jeanine was so friendly and helpful and made the whole process really smooth, straightforward and her sense of humour helped to lower the stress involved with moving .
Big Yellow offers a well-organised and easily implemented booking system; the staff at Bristol Central were friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Returning to use these facilities was a positive experience all round.
VERY helpful and friendly staff. Safe and easy access to storage units which are available at competitive rates.
Beware everything is extra £££. I signed for my storage unit on a Sunday around 11am and clearly stated that I would be returning later on in the day to deposit the contents of my house. After loading up one of several van loads of possessions I returned to the lock up at 6pm to discover that this is considered 'out of hours' - no staff available, no out of hours contact number and no way of accessing the lock up. It transpires that you have to pay a one time £5 fee to access the lock up after 5pm - why did no one point this out? Having not used a lock up before I wasn't to know. This issue ended up costing me £400 in additional house removal fees, all because of a very punitive and sneaky clause in the small print.
Really excellent service from the moment we checked prices 'til the time we left our goods in storage. Modern, clean, safe storage at reasonable prices. Great for students transferring from one place to another over the summer.
Good quality and clean storage lock-ups in a good location. The staff are helpful and the whole set up is straight forward and secure. Prices are mid range but the quality makes up for this.
If you get to meet Jeannie at Bristol’s Barrow Road reception then you know you’re in great hands and can count yourself lucky! Spoke to her on the phone, then as soon as I said hi when I came into the reception she knew who I was and was so accommodating and charismatic and friendly. She guided me through and made sure I understood everything from the contract signing and all the security details and really made me feel at home, which can be daunting when you arrive to a huge storage facility with lots of security. Other than that, the place was clean and safe and accessible, and moving things is made so much easier with the provided trolley facilities and ground floor options. Thanks for everything Jeannie!!
