Used Ablemove over four years ago. Very reasonable price and great service. Staff reliable and friendly and did a great job. Staff were flexible when there were delays completing the house purchase contract on the day, which was much appreciated.

4.5 stars! Used Ablemove after two friends’ recommendations, to move from London to Bristol. Three guys that moved and packed us were really friendly and packed everything very well. Moving price was the going rate but, the packing charge in particular was much cheaper than all our quotes. Plus they moved our piano! Would have got 5 stars but communications weren’t the smoothest but i think this is more down to them being a smaller family run company. Will definitely use Ablemove when we move again.

Great removal service. Used them recently and they were absolutely superb. Really friendly. Packed everything really well and quickly. Not one single thing broke. Provided boxes. Collected said boxes after moving. Estimate was spot on and very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them. 10/10

Invoice said start time 8am, didn't turn up until 9.30am. They did start as soon as they got sorted. Previously used the storage side of company, this was 1st and only time we'll use the removals or the company for that matter! Our bed collapsed and the metal twisted so couldn't be repaired, this over the Christmas period. We repeatedly tried to contact the removals and finally went to them when they opened after the Christmas period. We showed photos of bed and broken parts, they gave us a claims form to fill in and return to them to return to their insurance company. The response from the insurance was" you didn't inform us within 7 days, we are not paying for the bed" We replied you will hear from our solicitor, they then asked for more information. They came back to us after speaking to removers and said they aren't paying for bed! This was an ottoman bed, it collapsed early hours of the morning, my partner smacked his face on the bedside cabinet and I've had spinal surgery and they said Not to Repair or Replace. We had to sleep on a broken bed for nearly 3 weeks. Although they tell you to put amount of insurance cover, THEY DON'T PAY OUT!!!! Our bed was 12mths and 2 days old!!!! Wouldn't recommend!!!!
