Needed storage after moving back home while looking for somewhere to buy. Not used storage before but this place seems really easy to use. Open seven days which is useful but can't access at night. The major upside of this place is the customer service. The lady who manages the place is friendly and has been very helpful.

Best storage place in Bristol, most affordable and feels safe and personal- not a giant company who only cares about the money. Lovely manager who knows everything that is going on and always able to help over the phone or email, I looked everywhere before I found this place and it really felt like the only one that wasn't hiding costs- I had my stuff there for way longer than I intended and was charged the same amount for the whole time. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Excellent and friendly service. Much better than the big companies. Helped me move some big items, where in my previous experience the staff in big companies make no attempt to assist you. The whole process was managed quickly with minimal fuss
