From being let down by one removal company, employee James was more than reassuring and came to my rescue. Impressively loading my entire flat into one van, he made my experience of moving into Brown Self Storage fast, smooth and easy! Cheap, cheerful & well built dry units. 5* all round service, definitely recommend!

Good storage, and importantly the building is DRY - this is a big plus compared to some. The only downsides are it isn't 24/7 access, and they can be hard to reach on the phone. Apart from that though, it's all good. Recommended.

I used Big Brown Storage to store my furniture as my house purchase took much longer than expected!  Everything was straightforward and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly.  Would definitely recommend - prices reasonable and service great.

Poor standards of customer service. Seriously reconsidering choosing this company for removals or storage.
