A couple of weeks ago I had to quickly find somewhere to live and also find somewhere to store all my belongings. I called Safestore in Brislington and explained my situation this was on a Saturday and I had to be out from where I was staying by Sunday the following day. They were extremely helpful. Found me a space that turned out to be a perfect size; quickly sorted out all the paperwork and the space was ready for me to use the following day. The facilities are tidy and clean and everything feels very safe. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Good when we finally got sorted!! Didn't realise that the ID with name and address oh had to be within 3 months. Partly our fault we didn't hear him day that. Friend, nice man. Van very clean looked new. Take photographic evidence of the fuel level when you pick the van up. Then no misunderstanding. Would use this company again.

Although disappointed at the doubling of the price of my storage unit after the first year, I can only offer praise and appreciation for the service provided at Safestore Brislington. Sean the Manager goes the extra mile to ensure a good service and is always kind, calm and professional. The storage units are well maintained apart from the occasional lift being out of order and kept exceptional clean and tidy and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. I am more than happy to recommend this service and my thanks again to all the help recently received.
I've been with Safestore for a few years now with 24hr access, the current staff and Manager couldn't be more helpful. The site is always clean and tidy and I've had no problems at all. Keep up the good work.
I’ve been impressed from start to finish and the site manager Sean has been very patient with all my questions as someone new to storage! Reserving storage is free and no-hassle, and there’s the option to do everything digitally if you think you’ll be arriving outside of hours on your first day. Our van broke down coming from London, and Sean kindly did the digital contract for me on the spot, ensuring I could still continue as normal if we hadn’t arrived on time. Really easy access, everything was very clean, and friendly and highly competent staff. Made moving to a new city as stress-free as possible.
We used Safestore for all our household furniture when we were renovating a property. I was so impressed with all the staff, always helpful cheerful and patient. A credit to the company. The storage was clean secure and well lit. Will recommend to anyone who needs this type of storage.
