Very happy with my car purchase from SM Specialist cars. The car in question was a Bmw 320d touring in white. I dealt with Stefan throughout the purchase and found him to be very pleasant, helpful and honest.  On arrival the car was ready and didn’t disappoint. It was in fantastic condition and as described in the advert. There was no pressure from Stefan to buy the car as he knew the car was spot on. After the test drive i just had to have it. A deal was done at a very good price.and both parties were happy. I also met owner Tan who I found to be very pleasant and knew his business very well. I have now owned the car 2 weeks and I am very happy with it. It drives and looks like a brand new car. I would highly recommend these guys and they will be the first place I will look when looking for my next car. Thanks guys.

Absolutely brilliant. Went to look and just had to buy. No pressure very knowledgeable staff with top class service. Tan made it all so easy. Very happy with the Lexus I brought great car. Have already recommended them and will do again. Will buy from here again for sure. Thanks for the help and great service.

Great customer service, relaxed atmosphere; everyone was very friendly and at the same time professional, polite and knowledgeable. Stefan took us around in the car we were interested in, answered all our questions patiently and did the paperwork quickly with clear explanations. Within a few hours, Shezaad delivered the car to our home. Thanks guys!

Buying a used car from SM was an amazingly comfortable & low stress experience. Stefan is casual in appearance but professional in manner & ability having sorted out the purchase paperwork & a minor motor glitch quickly with no fuss or excuses. I spoke to various members of staff including the owner on car & non car related subjects to gain an impression of the overall ethos of the company & formed a very positive opinion, nice people,  I have no hesitation in recommending them for your next purchase...

I went to look at a Mitsubishi Grandis, and the service could not have been better. Tan was friendly but no pressure. They happily dug the car out for me to test drive, and gave me a route that had both fast and slow so I could fully test the car. As the service history does not say when the cambelt was last done, Tan even phoned the garage that did the servicing to establish when it was done. Going the extra mile like that is business as usual here. Well worth a visit.
