terrible service now all small branches are closed stupidly long waiting times and no parking...opening times are most unhelpful..3pm close on a Saturday..why! what about people like me that work 7 days a week i have to loose work time and money to get to the bank its not on in this era 8-6pm would be much more reasonable - seriously not happy.

It says on here normally 20 mins waiting well I have been waiting for an hour now, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Never enough staff on the tills always enough staff floor walking never jumping on the tills to help the queues! Coin machine always miss counts the coins so you always trying to find help. I personally don't bank with natwest but with work I have to, if I have my way we will not bank there much longer!!! Lisa Perkins

Miserable experience using this branch. Always a long queue for cashiers. The staff insist you use the machines to pay in cheques even though you may not want to. If you want to see someone you are herded behind a barrier. Natwest have got it terribly wrong. All other branches in the area have been closed. There is no customer service - customers seem to be an inconvenience.
