Purchased a Rav-4 for my little sister from Bedford Car Centre a couple of weeks ago. All the Staff were brilliant, very welcoming and professional. The vehicle I purchased was as described and more than satisfactory. I also had a look at their other stock which was all spot on. I would most definitely trust and recommend this dealership to anyone :).

Found the car I want through Auto Trader, went to see the car and test-drove it. No problem. Went back a week later to pick the car up after I paid for it via bank transfer. They could not even be bothered to wash the car! It was filthy. Gave some lame excuse "I didn't know you were coming today" even though we arranged it. And then we also found a chip on the windscreen that was not there when we looked at the car initially. They also claimed the car was serviced, but the windscreen washer was completely empty, which makes me wonder if it was serviced at all, so I will need to get that done ASAP too. Fuel tank was also drained because when I test drove it, it had sufficient fuel in the tank, but when I drove away with it, I had 10 miles of fuel in the tank. Hence why I am giving this dealer a one star rating. Car is fine as far as I can tell, I will get the windscreen chip repaired myself, but the car dealer was absolutely rubbish.

Brought a very tidy disco 2 from here yesterday. It was chucking it down and the guys offered to drive it under the covered garage, not only did this let me have a great look round the car but we stayed nice and dry. Also really appreciated being left alone with the car for a good amount of time to have a really good look around it, no pressure. And we even got a lovely guided test drive tour of the area thrown in. Great bunch of guys, honest and very welcoming. Cheers guys.
