Rude, patronising lady member of staff “helping” my daughter and her friend to complete a payslip.  Good grief, HSBC Bedford, try to give more consideration about who you employ as customer service advisers. The clue is in the job title.

Worst bank ever. Blocks my account all the time without any reason, online banking app doesn't work, poor customer service and asks you to remember 1000 questions and answers like "whats your favourite food". Switched account to a different bank and I'm extremally happy.

Been a customer 17 years went in branch . Can't belive how rude the customer service was from there . You need to go and learn some manners on how to talk to people . But on the plus point shaun was very helpful .
