Worst bank ever. Blocks my account all the time without any reason, online banking app doesn't work, poor customer service and asks you to remember 1000 questions and answers like "whats your favourite food". Switched account to a different bank and I'm extremally happy.

Been a customer 17 years went in branch . Can't belive how rude the customer service was from there . You need to go and learn some manners on how to talk to people . But on the plus point shaun was very helpful .
