Materials printed were perfect however I looked on line and the price said it was from 10p per sheet. Only to find it is 27p black and white WITH an additional service charge as if 27p wasn’t enough absolute rip off and again this hit those worse off printing ONE sheet for 27p I’ve never heard of it. I needed 20 then to be told there is a service charge fee are you telling me that service charge fee couldn’t come from the initial 27p it astronomical needless to say I won’t be going back there again.
Very helpful friendly staff. Advised myself and my daughter we would be missing a deal if we bought our items separately, which meant we didn't miss out. Good selection of stationery in stock.
Went to buy a diary on my lunch break as I work locally and the supervisor was spending his time standing aimlessly behind the till waiting for a customer who had paperwork to complete for a printer and was chatting away to her friend taking her leisurely time. He could see I was waiting and chose to ignore the line that was building up in this tiny shop. All he had to do was tell the lady to complete the paperwork to the side while he served the other customers waiting but evidently he lacked the initiative or confidence. In the end it took so long that I had to leave the diary because I ran out of time and had to go back to work. Never seen anything like it from a manager but needless to say it’s put me off going back.
Most of the time its good. Sometimes can be very overpriced. But overall its good. Has a lot of stock so I tend to keep coming here. If they had a clearance sale like every month instead of like once a year then this review would be 5 stars. But it is still a nice store to shop in with friendly and helpful staff...
Went here to get a memory stick, asked the lady for the cheapest one as they had them locked up on a rack, she found 1 which was 8GB i think around £19, took it to the till, only to find that had a pack of 3x 32GB for £9 sitting next to the till......some of the items in here are massively over priced and your better off buying online...
