I usually get my clothes from here. It's awesome. Although some of the prices can be lowered. An example of this is I once saw a chip from beauty and the beast purse that was the size of a mini mug and it was £12. Another complaint is shoes here break easily. I never get shoes from Primark, but my cousin did and his shoes broke within a week. A positive thing is that they have a clothes bin to donate old clothes you don't want. I have donated so much clothes in that bin. It's really good to help the environment by doing this. They also reduce as much plastic as they can which is brilliant.
Cheap clothes but terrible customer service; the staff are mostly kind and welcoming - but they are hamstrung by cold and uncaring corporate rules that prevent them from giving any good form of customer resolutions. Only buy what you can live without as if there is any issues - you have no chance of getting it resolved. Will update if situation improves
Nice staff, get cheap quality clothes from them
WARNING: Terrible customer service! The team in the store need urgent training to serve the customers better in a changing retail landscape. On one hand, It’s perhaps understandable that the staff are just following draconian policies imposed by head office but it’s the customers that are left dissatisfied and disappointed. In imposing these policies, the staff are rude and inflexible fearful of losing their jobs. If you have lost the receipt or washed it with your laundry, you are going to be treated with such distain and you will leave feeling very disappointed irrespective of whether the item is fully tagged and has not been worn.
Rarely have normal sizes in stock like 14 or 16. Sizes come up different every time you buy something. A size 12 t-shirt might fit perfectly and so does an 18. A lot of 4,6,8 which most people don't fit.
I quite like the total shopping experience. Didn't realize this branch was spread over 3 floors! The range of products was vast and quality of items I picked up was really good value for money. Good social distance measures put in place as well.
Long queues, missing stock for weeks now
very depressing walking round , unhappy staff , no christmas atmosphere at all and couldnt find anything i had seen advertised on instagram . If it wasnt for the wonderful lady on the till AVTAR who was amazing and so helpful , i dont think I would bother comeing back in until after new year Xxxx
Great if you're a lady. But if you're a male then this shop isn't great for male clothing. They barely ever have popular sizes of the decent shirts and clothes. I advise also to try any trousers on, but shirts are generally fine to just buy and walk away.
Good value for money for basic clothing. Sizing and quality not consistent but for the price you can't go far wrong. I still wear clothing I purchased many years ago, usually only discard after colour fades through so many washes. Great for kids clothing and young peoples fashion. Not so much choice for mature shoppers. I'm still using two sets of mugs I bought about eight years ago in a sale 4 for £1. Still look like new after going through the dishwasher numerous times.
