Good value for money. Offers variety of products from toiletries to furniture. Can often pick up branded goods at discount prices. No good if you're in a hurry as frequently spend ages in a queue, which trails all down the isles. Just think of it as a lesson in patience, you never know one day you may be surprised to find no queue!

Absolute rubbish. Value for money goods  but customer services a joke. There are about 5 tills but even on a Saturday afternoon they have 1 till open and queue's a mile long. The express till has NEVER been open since the store opened. It has rubbish and boxes piled up on it. Complained to head office just to be fobbed off with poor excuses. Unless you like queueing up for 40 minutes with 1 item avoid like the plague. I give it 1 more year tops and it will go bust. They deserve it.

Customer service is rubbish! There is no way of finding out if an item is in stock as they don't answer phones. They also don't reply to answer phone messages!!!!! Obviously don't actually want to sell your stock!
