I would definitely rate the Gravesend branch 0 if I could, due to the false information I was given about collection. We were informed the collection would be free; however they charged an OAP £60 on the spot, forcing her to pay it. We soon after phoned the gravesend store and was rudely spoken to by an assistant staff member who shortly after hung up the phone. Following this, we phoned the head office and filed a complaint, in which we were told he money would be refunded and the items would be dropped back off where they were found. The delivery men did in fact drop it back off and reimburse her, but decided to leave the items on the street. We won’t be using this service again!

Helpful staff, very dedicated to their work. Collection for stuff I was donating was quick and efficient.
