First of all  this  msg  is about  the product   that Argos  sell to their customers and   it's nothing to  do with the staff. I bought a new tv but I was sold a used  defective one which freezes while  changing programme as well as switching off on its own and it had someone else registered address the setting. I  took it back today but again was sold a defective tv that had a cracked screen.which I only noticed once it was fully unpacked.  Tried to call Argos several times to report it but could not get holld of anyone. Now i have to go again for the 3rd time to returned it 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Went straight up to the dispatch desk as I had a fast track order and got ignored whilst the three ladies behind the desk talked. Had to announce my presence to get served.

Just god awful, this goes beyond the store, so I ordered a xbox one (paid for it as well), was told it would've been delivered today (12/09/17), went there wasn't delivered, they cancelled the order for some reason. Couldn't be delivered till 18th when I'm going uni on the 16th. Found out they don't have it in Hull when I go up there. Terrible. Never again am I going to be a customer for this type of inconveince.
