We visited your Gravesend store last Sunday and were met wit the most helpful service from both Phil and Navdeep who were really helpful in helping us set up 4 new telephone contracts with yourselves at 3. We felt as if we were at home in the store and it was a great experience dealing with both Phil and Navdeep. I never normally leave any reviews however they went beyond their duties and I felt the need to mention this. Really superb service at your store. Thank you for everything

The people working there is fantastic but We went there for buying phone on contract but there was an unpredictable issue which make us sad.
Young woman was not able to help. Too technical for her, I guess but I know if I went to the Hempstead Valley store they would know how to solve the issue.
Former staff member, was told I was "too eager" and that was negative. Coming from an experienced retail background I am fully aware of what good customer service looks like and have trained 100s of staff before. Three gravesend has no idea. The managers idea of a days work is sitting on the steps vaping and playing Pokemon Go. Best of luck to all that may apply or shop there!
Went into the Three shop in Gravesend and a Lovely lady i spoke to really tried to sort out my problem with Three but as it was a billing problem unfortunately she couldn't sort it,but she did try, i would give her 5stars for being friendly and helpful but as for Three's service i wouldn't give it 1star as i cannot make phone call from inside my house as the service is so bad and apparently theres nothing they can do about it . So October i am out.
Staff were all very pleasant and friendly today when I went to enquire about mobile broadband. KV dealt with the sale and was extremely knowledgeable knowing exactly what I needed and he made sure that I got the best deal. Very impressed with his service as he was polite and friendly, making me feel welcome during the time I spent in store. Really happy with my purchase and wont hesitate to visit again.
Nimet who served my fiancé and I was lovely. Very well mannered, massively helpful and very very kind to say the least. I went in for an upgrade and my fiancé also got himself a contract phone. It was very straightforward and we actually had a laugh. She’s a credit to the store.
