I recently visited Russell's following my epic fail during a handlebar adjustment/lost components issue on my road bike. Mike did a great job getting it back to ship shape form, explained everything very well, and I'm delighted with the service provided. Will definitely be going back for future services. There was a slight delay in getting the part (no fault of Russell's shop - it was a difficult part to get) However, Mike made sure I had a complimentary bike (Raleigh Strada -great bike) to use for a couple of days.This was much appreciated and illustrates the great customer service they give. Thanks Mike.

Have had two bikes dealt with recently at the shop. Super helpful folks who are very diligent and extremely knowledgeable. Great customer service and great results. Great stuff.

Great place! Came to the rescue on my cycle to work this morning after getting a puncture and managing to ruin the spare. Replacement tube purchased and fitted in the warmth and safety of the shop. See you again soon.
