What can I say, family run business, they went above and beyond for me, got my bike turned around within 24 hours and was very clear with what the bike needed after a horror show elsewhere. This is the only place I will take my bike going forward. Thanks guys
As always a top service from this bike shop. Sorted out a difficult problem on my Ultegra 6800 brake lever/ gear changer. Now changing gear like new once again. Thanks to Matt and all the staff.
I had a problem with my chain. My bike was 1 month old. The msn told me chain was the wrong way turns out he kept my new chain and replaced it with a old one. The issue I went there to fix is worse. What a joke. Will make quick money off you if they know they won’t see you again.

An amazing bike shop all round, got all the parts you need and bikes to plus the knowledge to back it up. They are welcoming and happy to answer questions so I 100% recommend if your looking for a bike shop this is the place!
My go-to-shop for my boys bike, even if it's just for advice, great service,great staff, good prices. If what you need is not in store they will order it in do the job and then ring you to let you know that your bike is ready. Highly recommend Bunneys Bike Ltd.
Great store with extensive range of products for all cyclists. Brilliant personal service from the family team. Really helped me out by turning round a repair very quickly after being botched by another store who shall remain nameless. I'm now a regular and will take all mine and my families bikes here for repairs and servicing.
Full costings and explanation before any work undertaken. They will lend you a decent city bike free until collection. Kept to schedule, good workmanship. What more could you ask.
Matt Sam and Mr & Mrs Bunney are the finest independent bike people in Nottingham by far. Great service. Attention to detail. Great prices. Polite, pleasent and honest would not go anywhere else.
From a woman's point of view they gave me excellent advice they listened to my needs,I bought a beautiful bike. A Whyte Strawberry Hill. Great to support an independent shop. Other high-street chains were less interested and less to offer the female cyclist. Great to read such positive reviews of the bike I chose and highly recommended by the shop owner. I have great faith in this shop.
