Having just read the reviews here I would like to write in defence of Jasmine! She's given me a couple of excellent one-hour massages this month. I find her easy to get along with, very straightforward and polite. She knows what she's doing, works confidently, and uses a blend of Thai pressure and stretching techniques as well oil massage to really work out the tension very firmly. I will definitely be going back again!
It was the worst massage I have ever had. First of all this really moody woman named Jasmine stood and watched me undressing, 2nd - she hasn’t covered me with the towel during a massage just when I turned around at the end so I was really cold the whole time, 3rd- I paid for traditional Thai massage £60.00 + £2.00 extra because I paid by card. I asked her to concentrate on my upper back and she spent most of that time massaging my legs and butt. She hasn’t used elbow neither she walked on me. Massage I got was a simple average massage, really boring and did nothing for me. Waste of time! On top of that Jasmine left me for around 3-4 mins and went to toilet - how unprofessional. She finished 5 mins TOO EARLY as well! I went there because I have been there before in the past and because I wanted a strong massage. Definitely won’t go back there ever again. Very cold people and atmosphere. Very very disappointed
The massage was decent to good 4 stars and I really liked how she walked on my back. The ambience was kinda poor with a slight mildewy smell in a small underground room 2 stars. Hence I give it 3 stars. Its an average place for anyone desperate for a massage at a good price in the Victoria vicinity.
Really great place! Had a fantastic 60-min full-body massage from a very skillful Thai lady who spoke excellent English. I would give it 5 stars but it can get a little noisy downstairs and the masseuses do speak to each other during the massage.
Visited last night the receptionist quoted me a price for a 60 minute massage then when I suggested card payment she insisted on a surcharge I said this was illegal, the price she quoted was more than what was declared on their price list, which is theft. Be careful to get the list price, the therapist Nang was excellent but for a full body massage it did not live up to its title as the chest and abdomen were not touched. There are some unseemly practices in pricing
So I worked locally and visited this place twice before what will be my last visit. On my last visit I called during the week to book an appointment for my friend and I. Upon arrival they had not allocated enough staff/time They changed my room 3 times after I had already disrobed. When they put me in the right room the person arrived with their handbag in hand, putting it in the sink which I thought strange. They began the massage but didnt do any alignment which I thought strange. When they then began to apply oil they began gagging then ran out of the room to audibly vomit. They returned and continued to audibly clear their throat... I really should have called it a day but I think I was embarrassed and in shock they had also taken payment in advance so I presumed they would be difficult so hope it would get better; it didn't. They stopped at one point went over to their bag and did over me, when i looked up they apologised and said they were tying thier hair back. On turning over the person stared at my body .. It was creepy. They passed gas twice and fell asleep whilst massaging my head. The kicker is that i reported it and the person i spoke with, a European lady said she would speak to the manager who did call after i left an email. They said they'd get back to me and never did. When i got in contact they didn't want to offer any kind of good will gesture hence why the stars are two. Customer care should be better than this
I went to this salon last night I asked for a hair cut the lady who cut my hair ruined it an did not give me the haircut I wanted. I wanted a fade on the side an short on the top. She gave me 0 on the side an left the top. I think the person was not a qualified hairdresser but a beauty therapist unsupervised and looking to make money. My hair has never been ruined so much. Everyone who has seen my hair cut has said it looks like they put a bowl round your head an shaved the sides. I have never ever experienced this in my life. I was charged £15.00 to look like an idiot. Please people avoid this place by all means. I will be contacting them later. I want to see the lady's who cut my hair, hairdressing qualifications. I will be seeking legal advise. I do think the law was broken an now i am suffering. This salon must be avoided an shut down.
You get a really good beauty and massage treatments for a really good price from a really friendly team. Its 5* for Thai massage, which really works out knots, and a I've always been pleased with with pedicure.
Deeply disappointed with the service that I received here! I had an appointment booked in at 3.30 and received a badly constructed text just a couple of hours before my urgent appointment asking if I could make a later time, not even a phone call! My questions about why my appointment had to be cancelled were ignored, and then the salon asked what my appointment was even for?! Extremely disorganised and simply inconvenient - they could not even recommend anywhere else nearby for me! The manager still by text!! ended the conversation with a very rude and disrespectful reply!! Will not be returning, and would not recommend this place to anyone.
The price is all different than outside where show on the window!! Have to be careful ,they charge me £10 different than outside price. And I ask Thai but wasn't Thai lady and was not good massage I can say...
