I'm a italian tourist, I have been in this little spa one time for a massage, i find it very relaxing, the girl was very professional and hearty. I reccomend it

Lying, cheating woman wouldn't give my money back.  Made it very clear I wanted two pedicures at the same time on my booking. She said she had tried to ring and text to tell me she couldn't accommodate my booking and showed me the wrong number - 1 digit wrong. She did not call the right number, did not get hold of me.  She opened the door and said "I can not do your booking, I can not take two people at once". It was booked well in advance and made very clear I wanted two people at the same time. She made it clear that she was aware of it. She could have just not carried out the booking and not taken my money and that would have been fine, no worries, but she decided to make sure she got her money anyway.  The money was taken through Treatwell when I cancelled. It was taken automatically upon cancellation. I cancelled as she told me to, thought I was doing the right thing and didn't realise she was trying to get away with my money.

So my friend purchased herself and me a massage from Wowcher. Very affordable prices. We arrived earlier to the place, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had a 1 hour relaxing full body massage from a masseuse called Alex,  i think that was his name. He was very good and professional. He asked me where i had problem, which part hurts the most. I felt completely relaxed after. It was worth the journey and visit. I recommend this place and Alex! :-

 Abysmal!! I wouldn’t even give it 1 stars only ZERO STARS. Where do I start? I booked an appointment for a manicure on the day by phone for a certain time.  I came on time then had a look at what different nail varnish colours to choose.  When the nail treatment started, the staff member Chinese woman was FaceTiming a man on the phone speaking in her own language non-stop for over 10 minutes whilst doing my nails. How rude and unprofessional??? Not even speaking to a customer. Shouldn’t even be taking personal calls whilst with a customer.  I didn’t say anything about it but the staff member can tell I wasn’t happy about it and said ‘you can leave if you want to’ whilst having the cheek to say I came late and that I took long choosing a colour?? Not even a sorry or something to encourage a customer to stay. I’d never return to this establishment again!!! Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too!!  At the end, I went to a nearby nail salon in Lupus Street with much better service and good rates for manicure.  Advice? DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE‼ AVOID.  Unless you want bad customer service, patronising staff or overpriced treatments.

I booked a massage for my friend and I with a Wowcher voucher. We arrived at the place which was easy to find but the therapist/receptionist did not make a booking for two people as she was surprised there were 2 of us. Then we were offered an upgrade to deep tissue for £10. We insisted we just wanted a normal massage with a bit of pressure but the therapist said only the deep tissue massage has pressure applied. Both the therapist and owner were insisting on the upgrade throughout our visit, giving a 2 minute taster during our massage and stopping a customer on his way out to ask how good the deep tissue massage was. That was not the worse bit. My friend and I assuming we had female masseuses, were not given any introduction at all and when I asked what clothes to keep on, the therapist lady said 'just take off everything' but when she came back, she appeared with another masseuse who was a male. He was dressed in plain clothes, trainers even while the lady wore a uniform. The massage was terrible and he obviously had no idea what he was doing as at one point, he pulled up a chair and sat down. He even proceeded to massage my legs and pulled my small towel off literally just covers my butt and laid the towel on my back. Luckily I kept my underwear on. I am utterly disappointed with this place and the service we had. I've had many massages before as I do a lot of running and this was by far the worst. Don't go there!

I have been a regular customer of this spa over the last 2 - 3 years and have been very pleased with the services offered by Maggie and her friendly team of therapists and beauticians. Her massage is firm and strong ; the pedicure and waxing are excellent ; and all done with a smile and in a relaxing environment. I am writing this review to give credit where it is due as I have recently had indifferent experiences at similar spas elsewhere while on holiday. May I say thank you to Maggie and Jenny for looking after me so well - much appreciated - maybe I will get a haircut as well next time ?!

Can't speak about any other service this business provide but I wouldn't recommend the massage. Bought  a voucher for 1 hr massage. The pressure was good and that is all I can say was good about the experience. I was greeted by the manager /owner and paid extra £10 for deep tissue on arrival. I've had many sports massage sessions and know what they should be like. The massage therapist didn't bother to warm up the muscles and started digging straight into my muscles. The towel barely covered across my body, there was no real systematic approach to the massage, he seemed disinterested in what he was doing, and sometimes even sat on the couch to rest himself! The the therapist ended the session after 45mins. I didn't bother wasting my time quibbling the last 15minutes. I found the therapist chatting to the manager clearly aware of the short session and made no attempt to redress the situation. By the time I got dressed and undressed again it would've left me 5mins of massage. It was clear there was no interest in providing a decent service....

It was very good experience! I called to make an appointment during the day and was able to go same day for my massage. My body was so tired and stressed that massage hurt on a begining but after working on my muscles tension I was calm, happy and relaxed. Recommend to everyone! : Thank you.

Truly fantastic and amazing massage. Lovely , friendly staff that made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I recommend to everyone to come. I felt like I was in another world of transcendence. Sayo - the masseuse is just truly gifted. Definitely a 5/5 from me  I left feeling like a million dollars. I will definitely go back

Had a deep tissue massage with Alex and I have really enjoyed it. He was very thorough, applied the right pressure and even though my muscles were very sore from the gym, I left feeling so much more relaxed. Definitely recommend it.
