Absolutely amazing experience. As someone who loved & values a great massage- this was absolutely top in my book. I walked in at 8:20pm and though they close their doors at 9pm, they were still SO kind to accommodate, and take me in for the remainder of time they were open. My masseuse was wonderful, heard my requests and executed perfectly. Never had to tell her too much or too little. Great with firm pressure/deep tissue massage!
Yesterday I had my first Thai massage and I can safely say it was a life changing experience. I came in tensed and stressed and left relaxed. The masseuse was very professional and experienced. Also the staff was great… we met a girl named Lucy who was an absolute delight to speak with.. we will definitely be coming back
I had a wonderful experience at this place. My husband and I went for a couple's massage and we loved it. The staff is very professional and the place is clean and relaxing. I had a massage with Sunni and she is amazing. She helped me relieve the pain in my neck and shoulder. I highly recommend booking with her.
What a fantastic experience this was. I booked the deep tissue massage online while doing some research, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend requesting for Mall; she was excellent with excellent knowledge and expertise, having actual upper shoulder and back issues. She explained and highlighted the faults and the adjustments to be made, incredible! Whether you are going on your own with a loved one or looking to treat someone, this has top ratings and for good reasons. The staff entering was lovely and friendly; were very grateful for the experience. It's just up the road from Victoria station, a quick 5 min walk and very close to Buckingham Palace. We came here for a Thai massage as my friend is a regular here. Very good service. The staff were all very realities nice and funny. And we both loved our massages. My therapist was really good. She knew I had muscle sore from my previous day work out and applied just the right pressure on those sore and tender muscles. Overall a great experience.
My experience was very unpleasant. The massause didn't even ask me whether I have any issues/ health problems and didn't tell me that the session was over, they just left the room. They didn't seem to have had proper training, as they did things that felt completely unsafe and painful e.g. she kept pushing on my spine and sternum with their elbow and their knuckles. I mentioned this to the receptionist, who was very polite. My sister had a good experience with another masseuse that day, which indicates that the quality of service is not consistent.
This place should not be allowed to operate the place is shabby the staff are not experienced probably the worst massage I've ever had absolute joke and rip off. All these reviews saying how amazing this place was must of been fake reviews because for me it was a bad experience. Don't trust google reviews.
