Went in for a shellac removal. The removal was terrible done with a machine without respecting the shape of the nail. You can see in the pictures the cracks in my nails and even guess the blade directions… terrible experience, never had my nails in this condition! No oil or hand cream was applied neither after the service. Huge disappointment.

I was utterly disgusted with the service at this branch. The staff are lazy, rude, and extremely unprofessional, showing a clear lack of interest in their work or customer service. Their attitude is appalling. During my treatment, a group of employees were lounging around, eating, on their phones, muttering under their breath in their language, and behaving rudely, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was initially quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived, I was charged an extra £10. I was left with uneven nails and missing nail polish, when I kindly requested them to try to fix it, they made excuses for their poor work because they were too lazy to make an effort. As a paying customer, I expect professional service and respectful treatment. I am thoroughly disgusted by the customer service I received. Avoid this place at all costs! Angie is fantastic! I really recommend her for nails, waxing and LVL. Her superpower is fast, almost pain-free expert waxing, and making the shortest lashes in the world appear longer  :-

I have been going to Belle Cour for over 10 years and love going there. I do my manicure and pedicure there every couple of weeks and love going. The service is amazing and the girls are always nice and professional. Whenever it has happened that an occasional has chipped early, I've been invited back in at no cost to get it fixed.

I went with my friend to do my nails, with an experience box that I had been given on my birthday.  RES LETTER DAYS.  They wanted to make me pay because they said they had no contract with that company, after 1 hour arguing with the manager and calling the cashier's company I was able to leave.  The nails did not last 24 hours, quality garbage and HORRIBLE attention.  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE IN MY LIFE!!!!They did not put anything under the red and when I took it off after 3 days, my nails were orange
