A wonderful learning experience for all ages. Experience the conditions on board the RRS Discovery by going below decks. The museum was fun and interesting for all ages and the staff extremely helpful. Plus the cafe had a great selection and the quality was very high.

Excellent exhibition gave me a good all round knowledge of the ship and the mission. Then tour the ship itself. Cafe had a delicious sharing platter. Super morning in Dundee.

Excellent museum with great exhibits and video presentations explaining construction and first voyage of the ship. Ship was interesting to look round too.

Definitely a place to visit if you are interested in the South Pole and Dundee. RSS Discovery was a ship built in Dundee and was used to explore the South Pole! About 2 hours will be required to walk the site at a comfortable pace.

Lovely museum about Scott's expedition to the Antarctic & bigger than it first appears - some interactive places for kids (or forever young at heart), plenty of info to read and several short informative videos if that's more your thing. Lovely little shop too with a great variety of things to buy. The interior of the ship was also great, fantastic reconstructions & plenty of information there too.
