Ordered the Autoglym Supreme car care package, had the best price online. Excellent service, was delivered to my door within 24 hours of being ordered. Would recommend.
Ordered a large amount of Adblue Aug 18th, delivery failed on one occasion which we knew about and went back to depot. Contacted them and was told it would come next day... nothing After almost a month we contacted them again and they said it had been returned to them after three failed deliveries only one that we knew of! and would we like a refund or re-schedule delivery. We asked for our items to be delivered. Few days pass and they refund us saying that they no longer have our goods we paid for a month ago. Found it cheaper on Alloils.co.uk using code Welcome10 anyway
One of the worst companies i've ever dealt with. Placed an order for Ad-Blue last week monday since my car was running low i waited till friday and no delivery had arrived yet. Called them up and they said ''it should be out for delivery today'' and yes you guessed correct no delivery. I called again on monday and the lady said ''oh it seems the item was damaged and returned back to us'' with no apology or care in the world. She offered to resend it and assured me it would arrive by wednesday. Now it's wednesday and i call back another lady answers the phone and says ''it seems it hasn't been dispatched yet we are waiting for confirmation'' Again no apologies or care in the world, I got fed up at this point and asked for an refund which apparently will arrive in 3-5 days. Avoid this company at all costs.
Dreadful customer service. Although the order was delivered in a timely manner they sent a cheaper product than the one I had ordered. I tried to contact them three times and have been completely ignored on each occasion.
Just had my Celica valeted at status and they did a fantastic job, really efficient and super friendly staff, I will taking our other cars to them in future, thank you
Great to deal with had a bit of trouble with the courier but Status quickly resent my order with a different courier and all was sorted would definitely deal with Status in the future
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Customer service is dreadful. I ordered Adblue on the 18 April......it is now 3 May. I tracked the delivery which got stuck somewhere in the void that is Hermes. Contacted Status on the 22, 24, 26, 29 April to find out what was going on. I told status that I had a long distance drive to do on the weekend of the 29th April. "we have arranged for your order to be resent" 27 April. Well I could have walked to Salford to collect it.....Still not here! Phone line keep hanging up...dreadful service never again!
Not an impressive service. Ordered 6 cans of oil. 3 turned up with Hermes. Assumed the other 3 were still on the van so dropped an email to be told the order was split for weight reasons and would be here tomorrow, 5 days later contact them. Turns out a different courier had been used, it wasn't for weight reasons at all they had just forgotten to send the second box. To add small insult to injury the free item that should have been included, wasn't. Tldr version. Got what I ordered eventually. Good price but poor service.
The cheapest i found the auto gylm gift set. Free delivery and a free gift i ordered it on 14th march was delivered very next day 15th with courier confirmation and time slot. The product was packaged perfectly and perfect condition to give as a gift for my brother inlaw. What a fantastic service would highly recommend and will definitely be using status car care again.
