Good well stocked shop. If you cat see it ask as they prob have what u want hidden awaym nice cafe with great manager who serves the staff well.

Great store. Only ever one till open when I go in and staff not sure where things are. But very useful shop for dereham

The store itself is good, staff are generally helpful and friendly. The issue I have, is with the trolleys! None of the trolleys with children's seats have lap belts, so if you have a toddler like mine who is determined to fall out, it makes for a stressful shopping experience. Also, I found that the bottom comes out quite far forward, so that I'm repeatedly and painfully hitting my shins on it! I've never had this problem with a supermarket trolley. Photos to show no available lap belts, and angle of bottom of trolley- please note, the water on the floor is not from my son

I do love this shop as its very big and have a lot to choose from its easy to get a round and have a lift for wheel chair users

How doesn't like a DIY store, all that you need from, paint, gardening to timber, household goods and loads more, very helpful & friendly staff, can get busy at times and at times you do get some good deals
