Despite filling in a leave with neighbour card in January not a single item has not been returned to the sorting office Dozens of uneccessary trips because the postal staff cannot be bothered Now April

Very poor - said they tried to deliver a parcel and left a card. Complete lie, as parcel is to my office with a 24hr security gatehouse - and I saw the RM van delivering the parcels at 7am this morning to the gatehouse. No card means they wont let me collect a parcel. Lazy liars - complaint incoming.
