Pathetic opening hours. Drove all the way across Leeds expecting a business to be open at 12pm, only to find out that this particular branch can only be bothered to open for 2hrs from 8am to 10am on a Monday. Useless.
It is 12 pm ..on a Wednesday. This office is close and we can't collect our parcels. Clearly says it closes at 2 pm
Place is full of liars!! Say they attempted delivery when they didn’t! For one, people were home and secondly we have cctv!! Royal Mail are just getting worse and worse ……
I cant get any information i need to get my item re delivered i have tried the the phone number twice i know it bue to covid-19 but you should have something in place the letter ia waiting for is very important
No issues collecting, didn't give full marks due to waiting area being so small, can just about fit 3 adults in the room

Don't usually have any problems. Could do with a larger waiting area and open late more days.
Friendly helpful staff and open until late Wednesdays so people on 12 hour shifts can pick mail up
Does the job but the place where you wait to collect your parcels is tiny. 3 people max
Need to check up about recorded mail not dilivered but cant speak to a human !!!!! Poor service
