Very busy at lunch time and customers were not helping things. Full marks to Jamal though who was on one of the parcel drop off points. He was triaging customers like a pro and seeing people in order, despite their best efforts to push in. His patience and calmness under pressure was exemplary! Thank you. In the interest of openness, I told Jamal I thought he was doing well under the circumstances and he asked me to post this feedback, which I thought was a fair request.
I visited St John’s post office today and was delighted with the service provided. I was helped by Jamal, with great and clear communication. My experience was made smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this Postal Office. The staff are polite and the store is well maintained. Offering services for all.
Brilliant, funny, modest & tech savvy, Jamal served me to perfection, thank you, in the self service area ; something I 100% needed & for which I was uber grateful, thank you. Effectively queue busting his clientele down to just the female in front of me in that queue, Jamal’s professionalism in this further regard meant I had the perfect wait time to gather and compose myself to ask for his help, thank you. Awesome! Prompt, polite, courteous, efficient, good humoured and modest, Jamal expedited my Post Office business in no time at all thank you. IMHO, definitely outstanding future promotion material, thank you, Jamal.
Jamal was simply excellent and helped me with sending a parcel to my poorly brother, next day guaranteed. I had no idea how to do it and would of had to wait in a long queue. Look after this employee he is a gem. Such a lovely way with customers.
Neale was extremely helpful, conversational and kind when sorting my passport renewal. He made the process extremely pleasant and I would recommend going into the post office for passport renewals to everyone. The post office itself is ran extremely well, staff are covering all parts of the floor and everything is very speedy. Thank you Neale & the rest of the team for your service.
Bro Jamal is a legend - came in to exchange some euros and he was super informative, professional, and patient with me. Didn't have much of a clue what I was doing and he was just super helpful and kind talking me through easier better ways to navigate financials during my holiday with a prepaid card and things. Came in expecting a standard post office transaction and came out holiday ready, skin cleared, life sorted, everything.
I came in yesterday needing assistance with my package. I was helped by Jamal. He was not only helping me but several other customers simultaneously yet courteous, well mannered and super efficient. It was a smooth process thanks to Jamal. He remained calm even though the post office was short off staff.
super Amazing Chloe and her great manager were the only ones in Leeds helping me with my old points. On top, Doing it with a smile! They trulla define and exceed what the word service means. A true example and best tourist ambassadors for UK tourism! They need a pay raise!
Just applied for a passport for my daughter I was helped by assistance called Alex he was the nicest guy you could meet very professional, kind, spot on filling the application & extremely patient & understanding with my daughter as she has autism. Great service.
Today I was served my lovely lady called Denise big shout out to Denise you definitely need a big pay raise. And you’ve such a beautiful smile to brighten someone else day. Thanks for your service my lovely
