Occasionally I have had good customer service in the past from a lady and an older gentleman but on the whole it is very poor. Have not said anything before but today was so bad it's time to share. Ignored at the counter until they are ready to serve while another staff member looks on and also does not acknowledge you. Answering the phone while actually serving you and making you wait while they chat. No smile. No thank you. Not even asked to put the parcel on the scales - just a nod of the head. Talking obviously too much trouble. Generally made to feel like I'm an inconvenience. Well no more - in future I'll be driving to Pudsey. I vow I'll never set foot in there again.
