I visited today to collect a parcel and was so relieved. I usually hate going to this post office as the staff there have zero customer service. They are usually on their mobile phones while serving customers and shouting across the shop to one another having their own conversation irrelevant to the job they are doing. The queue is long and the service extremely slow. When I arrived today there were 2 unfamiliar ladies at the desk. Smiles and friendly conversation greeted each customer they served. The gentleman in front of me asked about his bank card and relayed a recent problem he had with it. The lady serving him listened attentively and responded to his agitation in a supportive manor and even tried to assist him with his problem. I heard her say how they were kitting out with new stock etc and something about new management. When the lady next to her served me I asked about this, to be told “Yes it was now under new owners”. This is the best news for this post office. I’ve dreaded going there for so long and the shop never has anything on the selves. Now it might ACTUALLY run like a post office and customers will hopefully get a good service. Thank you for a positive experience here for the first time in years. This is such a brilliant post office. The woman behind the counter is so friendly and helpful. It’s a relief to meet someone with this attitude to her community, she helps everyone with warmth and consideration - from young to old. Thank you.
I walked in the post office quiet late on all packages were ready to go & postman was ready to go. I had a large letter that needed to be at its destination the following day & Kuiwant I hope I spelt it correct helped me get it out. Thank you so much. She's always helpful anyway but yesterday she went the extra mile. Thank you.
Very rude staff, no smiles or anything from staff, all miserable, there was an elderly lady Infront of me trying to make conversation and the lady behind the counter showed no interest in speaking to her, took my parcel to the counter and needed 2 strips of tape to stick the returns label down the woman behind the counter said “go buy some tape” when she had a roll next to her which she could’ve let me use…… Bought some tape then went back to the counter and I didn’t get a word spoke to me, very rude
I've always found the staff here really quite rude, particularly the woman. Her face is never happy, she never says hello, she looks like shes annoyed all the time, and quite short the way she speaks to people.
Needed 2 small strips of sticky tape to attach the returns label which was printed shortly before heading to post office. The cashier could’ve exercised a little compassion and allowed me to use some instead of sending me out the door with a massive parcel. Thankfully the business next door gave me some.
I went to the post office to make a last minute delivery and I walked in kind of lost. And I went to the till to ask a woman for help. I don’t know her name but she was very helpful! Although I should’ve done all the necessary things at home before coming in to deliver the package, she took time out of what she was doing to help me out and I really appreciate that I’m so grateful, I was struggling to get some things done and she proceeded to help me. I don’t know her name but I want to say a massive thank you to her! And she should carry on being the generous woman she is. THANK YOU!
I use this PO quite a bit to send ebay parcels. The staff are always friendly and ask how my day is going. They’re great at helping me with which service to use if I’m unsure of the best option.
Called in to order our holiday money. Was welcomed and treated with respect. We were given really good advise and the lady new her products, we never felt rushed and she explained all our options in detail. Would recommend this post office to everyone and first time gave a 5 star. I ordered some 5 canadian dollars bills and was told to call in for them a couple of days later. Told they hadn't come so she took my phone number and was going to reorder and would phone me when they came in. Never phoned me, I had to phone them and was told no 5 canadian dollar bills but 10 dollar bills. This is why I've change from 5 star rating to 2. Awful after sales
I recently visited Bramley Post Office and was impressed by the level of service and efficiency provided by the staff. The staff were all well-informed and knowledgeable about their products and services, and they went out of their way to answer all of my questions. What really impressed me was the speed and accuracy of the service. I was able to quickly and easily send my parcel making the entire process seamless and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this post office. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the level of service is top-notch.
