Dropping off DPD return - Very bad experience!! The online retailer can only provide a simple label with a barcode and a number can be scanned at the drop off point, the man at the counter just took a look said 'no it's not a DPD label, go back ask for a proper label' without just giving a try to scan it, even I said other DPD drop off points can scan it based on my previous experience. He would rather keep chatting with other customers who already finished making a payment. Also it's not a 'proper' post office, it's more like a convenient store. If you don't have a 'proper' label, don't even attempt to drop off anything there, completely a waste of time.

A terrible and very rude man manages this post office. The other lady is good; really happy if I see her present not him. I just asked him for a proof of posting of some prepaid items; he refused only because of his rudeness and ugly bad ethics. I will never use this post office again.
