Delivered my parcel to someone else, had a text message saying there would be a slip saying who. There was not. So where the hell is my parcel? Who knows because no one answers the phone at royal mail. Utter joke.

Very unhelpful. The company i ordered from told me parcel was available for collecton. No card left by PO. Had all ref numbers and ID but was made to feel I was a liar. Customer service non existant. No parcel given although eventually confirmed it was there.
