Popped into Morley branch and spoke to Graeme regarding renewal of my driving licence..excellent professional service really easy to use. Licence was back within the week. Please do not cut back on these vital post office services.

Good post office. But everytime I take a parcel in to be sent its like a sale pitch. Trying to get you to buy extra postage price. When I asked for 2nd class nothing else. She even wrote down on my proof of postage. Did not go with service offered... In all the post offices I've ever been to I've never experienced this...

Sadly this is my local post office so I have to use it fairly often. With the exception of the guy who works there, I find the staff quite rude & rather inept. Two years ago they failed to process a parcel correctly worth £700 I had taken out all the correct insurances & as a result it could not be found & “nothing could be done.” Fortunately the expensive item was bought by an honest person who advised me when they received it through the normal post. Another occasion they sold / advised me to begin using drop & go, which I did. This service advises on the first sentence of the leaflet that queueing is not necessary because if it was, what is the benefit? If I’ve to queue I really don’t mind how long other people have to wait behind me as my items are processed at the counter!. When I attempted to use this at Morley I was advised rudely that if I hadn’t queued, I’d best go do that. Obviously that went down well with the customers already in there, and I left feeling absolutely awful. I have put in complaints a couple of times about the staff & service there but I would never expect anything to happen. I avoid it when I can, travelling all the way into Leeds on many occasions, and choosing to be accompanied if I ever have to go into the Morley branch, obviously sidestepping ever being served by the woman who didn’t know what she was doing with my £700 bracelet. Avoid if you can, but needs sadly must!

Everything’s okay apart from the building itself! Needs a refurb on the outside. Whilst the rest of Morley is improving, this important building looks like it’s not had any work done in the last 50 years!

Very helpful people here, they have a busy job and I for one wouldn't do it. Nice easy friendly service

Massive queue and only 1 till open. I dont waste this much time on any other element of my life, not sure how post offices are still a thing in 2019. Cant we just retire this industry its archaic.

Hard working, always try their best. Very lucky to have this as my local post office. And my local Postie is a gem also! Thanks and Merry Christmas!
